This is a little bookmarklet I wrote back in early 2009 that sends waypoints from a Google Maps page straight to your Garmin. If you have a garmin gps device and you go to a googlemaps page and click the bookmarklet, you will get the center of the map as a waypoint on your Garmin. 

1. Get the browser plugin from: here
   
2. Drag the following bookmarklet up to your bookmark bar: Send to Garmin
3. Go to maps.google.com and find a location you'd like to send to your garmin and click the button on your bookmark toolbar.
   (Make sure your garmin is plugged in.)
